We are a 56,000-square-foot self-storage facility located just off I-75 in Cobb County. Our well-maintained, "Class A" property is paved with concrete, fenced and lighted. Thirty percent of units are climate-controlled.
Our tenants can access their units 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our resident manager controls access through a computerized, electronic gate. The property is also under video surveillance.
