Please be advised that Carpenter Storage d/b/a Acworth Self Storage does not make refunds.

If you feel that your payment has been applied to your account in an incorrect or incomplete manner, please contact our business office by email at: acworthss@bellsouth.net or phone: 770-974-5900. We require fees to be paid before applying any funds to your rent.

Acworth Self Storage reserves the right to decline any partial or full payments. Please be advised that if Acworth Self Storage accepts a partial payment to your delinquent account, the partial payment will not remove your unit's contents from foreclosure and auction. If your account is in the Foreclosure Auction Process, you must pay in full all rent due, plus all fees, to avoid the Foreclosure Auction Process. You should contact our office before sending any partial payments to try to avoid or stop the Foreclosure Auction Process.

If you make a payment on your unit after the Foreclosure and Auction has taken place, Acworth Self Storage reserves the right to apply those funds to any balance remaining on your account.

Acworth Self Storage reserves the right to decline any on-line rental agreements as well as orders for moving supplies. We cannot guarantee a rental due to vacancy limitations and other restrictions. We cannot guarantee that any orders for moving supplies will be filled due to supplies on hand. You must call and make an appointment to pick up moving supplies. We do not ship.

If you submit an on-line rental agreement, you must come by the office and sign your documents before you can enter the facility. We will give you a packet of useful information relating to your rental unit. Our friendly office staff will be happy to assist you with information regarding your unit.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Carpenter Self Storage d/b/a Acworth Self Storage and its affiliates and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and court costs, arising from or related to your rental unit(s) and or use of any on-line payments, purchases, or rentals.
